Complications that will impact the price:

Background details

Pet: +30% (will vary based on the complexity)

Complicated character accessories (jewelry, drapery, mech, scales, feather)

+1 Character: +100% character based price

If you want original files (with layers): +30% (it's hard for me to have neat layers with my style of drawing, so please communicate with me beforehand if you want something like a clean transparent background layer)

Commissions are for non-profit personal use only. Prices will differ for commercial uses depending on the usage.

Do not sell them in any form, physical (prints) or digital (NFT). Unless you have paid for the right to do so and then you would have my written permission.

Please discuss with me beforehand if you don’t want me to post the finished artwork to my portfolio. By default, I will post the final artwork (with watermarks) to my social media platforms, as well as edits of the process video.

If you want to post the finished product, please include the appropriate credits.

I am allowed to decline any commissions. Even though I am pretty open to my painting subject, please keep an open mind when discussing details with me.

Please let me know if you have a deadline beforehand, I will try my best to accommodate. Usually it's about a month. Tight deadlines can incur additional fees.

For payments under $300 CAD, I require full payment upfront.

For payments over $300 CAD, I require 50% upfront, and 50% after the sketching phase.

You will receive a full resolution (usually around 2000 to 3000 px, 300 dpi, details can be discussed) digital file (.png) sent through email (google drive). No physical prints or originals will be delivered. Please download the file in a timely manner, since I won’t keep the product available forever due to storage reasons.

My Workflow:

First email me ([email protected]) with your commission details. (I have included some guidelines in the following page.)

I will discuss the details with you.

If we are able to reach an agreement, I will send you an invoice.

I will begin working once paid.

1, Sketching Phase (rough lines for a general idea): 2 free revisions

Amount will be paid in full here if there is any.

2, Value Phase (more details and black and white value): 1 free revision

3, Flat Color Phase (basic color): 1 free revision

4, Rendering Phase: No free revision

Please respond in a timely manner, since delayed responses will cost our deadline.

If I haven’t heard back from you for more than 3 days, then the deal is over, I won’t offer any refund.

So if you need to ghost me for a solid reason, let me know beforehand and we will extend the deadline.

All payments will be transacted through PayPal in Canadian dollars.

No full refunds since PayPal loves their processing fees. If I haven’t started on the project, I will refund the amount after all the transaction fees are deducted.
